Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. We will provide you with return shipping instructions within 24–48 hours.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer
  • Items returned after the 30-day window
  • Personalized or custom-made items

Damaged or Defective Items
